Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully wrap your glassware in its original packaging to prevent breakage during transit and include the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
